We weren't in Osaka or Kyoto long enough to explore the night time activities, in Osaka we stumbled upon an area that we dubbed "Little Akiba." It had lots of arcades. In the Taito Arcade, there was a Capcom Event where they stress tested Ultra Street Fighter IV. We got to talk to a few Capcom employees, and Troy got event stickers.
